Beloved church and dear friends,
Receive a fraternal greeting in the glorious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is an honor to address you as a servant of the Lord and as part of the ministry of Apostolic Assembly A.R. – New House of Praise here in Oceanside, CA. My desire is that every word you read serves as a reminder of the love, grace, and purpose that God has for your life.
Our church exists to proclaim the apostolic gospel just as it was delivered to the early church: a message of repentance, baptism in the Name of Jesus, and the promise of the Holy Spirit. We believe in a God who continues to work with power, who restores families, heals hearts, and transforms destinies. Every service, every prayer, and every teaching has one purpose: to draw souls closer to Jesus Christ and to build a life founded on His Word.
As a pastor, my commitment is to serve you with humility, to teach sound doctrine, and to walk alongside you in every stage of your spiritual journey. My constant prayer is that this house may be a refuge for you, a place of growth, and a space where you can discover the gifts God has placed in your life.
If you are visiting our page for the first time, I want you to know that you did not arrive here by accident. God has a plan for you. At New House of Praise , you will find a spiritual family that will welcome you with love—a church that prays, that worships, and that believes in the power of the Name of Jesus.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your walk with God. May the peace of Christ rule in your heart, and may His presence accompany you always.
With pastoral love,

Pastor Juan Hernández received his calling to pastoral ministry in 1979, beginning a journey marked by faithfulness, dedication, and a deep love for the work of the Lord. Throughout nearly 46 years of continuous service, his life and testimony have clearly affirmed that his calling genuinely comes from God.
His ministry has been an example of perseverance, integrity, and commitment to apostolic doctrine, guiding generations with wisdom, humility, and a true pastoral heart.
Over these decades, Pastor Hernández has not only served his local congregation but has also contributed significantly to the growth and strengthening of the work at the district level.
His ministerial legacy continues to inspire pastors, leaders, and believers, reflecting a life devoted to honoring God, serving His people, and building the church with passion and purpose.
The ministry of Apostolic Assembly A.R. – New House of Praise exists to exalt the Name of Jesus Christ and to serve the community of Oceanside with a message of salvation, hope, and restoration. We firmly believe in the apostolic gospel as it was preached in the book of Acts, proclaiming with conviction the call to repentance, baptism in the Name of Jesus, and the promise of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:38.
Our desire is to form disciples who live an authentic faith—guided by the Word, strengthened through prayer, and expressed through a life of holiness and service. As a church, we seek to be a spiritual home where every person can find direction, comfort, growth, and a place to develop the gifts that God has placed in their life.
Minister Héctor Tagle and Minister Onel Hernández, together with the leadership of Pastor Juan HERNÁNDEZ, work with dedication to edify the church, teach sound doctrine, and walk alongside every family in their journey with Christ. Our mission is to raise a congregation that worships freely, serves with love, and lives with purpose—always under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
At New House of Praise, we believe that God continues to work today with the same power He demonstrated in the early church. For this reason, every service, every teaching, and every activity has one purpose: to glorify Jesus Christ and draw souls to the fullness of His grace.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
